LocalSEO by Ahmad provides digital marketing and local search engine optimisation (SEO) services to businesses worldwide. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation and management
• Local keyword research and strategy
• On-page local SEO optimisation
• Local citation building and NAP consistency management
• Link building and guest posting outreach
• WordPress website design and development
• Free local SEO audits and consultations
• Monthly local SEO retainer campaigns

The exact scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate proposal, contract, or statement of work agreed between both parties prior to commencing work.

To use our services or enter into a service agreement with us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your business
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting enquiry forms or audit requests
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws

By using our website or requesting our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project or per-retainer basis and will be clearly stated in the proposal or contract provided before work commences. The following general terms apply:

• Project-based work — typically requires a deposit (agreed percentage) before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones
• Monthly retainers — invoiced in advance at the beginning of each month; payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date
• Late payments — we reserve the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date
• Refunds — deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced; refund terms for other payments are stated in the individual service agreement

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and information (e.g. Google Business Profile, website CMS, analytics)
• Respond to communications and requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and competitors
• Ensure that all content and materials you provide are legal, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights
• Implement our recommendations promptly where doing so falls within your responsibility
• Notify us of any changes to your business (e.g. address, phone number, services) that may affect your local SEO

We are not responsible for delays or underperformance caused by a client's failure to fulfil these obligations.

We commit to the following in delivering our services:

• Perform all agreed services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence
• Use only ethical, white-hat SEO techniques that comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Communicate proactively regarding project progress, timelines, and any issues that arise
• Keep your business information and login credentials strictly confidential
• Provide monthly reporting (where agreed) to demonstrate progress and results
• Notify you promptly of any changes that may affect your SEO performance

Search engine optimisation involves working with third-party platforms (primarily Google) whose algorithms and policies change frequently and are outside our control. Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes
• Past results achieved for other clients are provided as examples only and are not a guarantee of future performance
• Google may update its algorithm at any time, which can positively or negatively affect rankings
• Results timelines vary depending on competition level, industry, location, and starting baseline
• Typical timelines of 60–90 days for initial movement and 4–6 months for significant results are estimates, not guarantees

Website content: All content on localseoahmad.com, including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, and design elements, is owned by Muhammad Ahmad and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Work product: Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you (such as website content, location pages, or reports) transfers to you. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tools and methodologies: Any proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, or tools we use to deliver services remain our intellectual property and do not transfer to the client.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the working relationship ("Confidential Information"). This includes:

• Login credentials, API keys, and account access details
• Business strategies, pricing, customer data, and trade secrets
• Any information designated as confidential by either party

This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

For clients who require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to sign one prior to commencement of work.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data
• We are not liable for any penalties, demotions, or suspensions imposed by Google or other search engines, as these are the decisions of third-party platforms
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to fulfil your obligations under these Terms or under the service agreement

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate a service agreement as follows:

• Monthly retainers — either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice; the client is liable for payment through to the end of the notice period
• Project-based work — termination terms are stated in the individual project agreement; work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly
• Immediate termination by us — we reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client engages in abusive conduct, requests unethical practices, provides false information, or fails to pay overdue invoices after reasonable notice
• Immediate termination by you — you may terminate immediately if we materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice

Upon termination, we will provide you with any relevant files, reports, or credentials related to your account within 14 business days.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Requesting or encouraging black-hat SEO tactics (e.g. keyword stuffing, cloaking, link schemes, fake reviews)
• Providing false information about your business, location, or services
• Using our services to promote illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling our services, tools, or content without permission
• Using our website in any way that could damage our reputation or interfere with its normal operation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services and, where applicable, legal action.

The content on localseoahmad.com is provided for general information and marketing purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove website content at any time without notice
• Case study results and statistics referenced on the site are real but represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance

For active service clients, we will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your service agreement. Continued use of our website or services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
